It is the policy of the Diocese of Duluth that all clergy, employees and volunteers:

*Read and agree to the diocesan Sexual Misconduct Policy and Code of Pastoral Conduct.

*Undergo a background check.

*Complete Youth Protection Training.

Each of the above elements must be completed before an employee begins work or a volunteer begins assistance.
